Saraswati P.G. College was established in 2003. The college represents an ideal blend of modern and traditional values, spreading the light of knowledge and preparing youth for the future, thereby contributing to nation-building.

It is located in Buhana, a remote area of eastern Rajasthan, approximately 170 km from New Delhi and 60 km from its district headquarters, Jhunjhunu. The college campus is spread over 4 acres of lush green land, providing a peaceful and conducive learning environment.

Through continuous and dedicated efforts, the college has achieved remarkable growth, with student strength increasing from 200 to over 4000 in the past decade.

Affiliation

The college is affiliated with Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University, formerly known as Shekhawati University. The university is located in Katrathal village, about 15 kilometres from Sikar in Rajasthan.

It caters to the educational needs of students from the Shekhawati region. The college follows the curriculum prescribed by the university for undergraduate (U.G.) and postgraduate (P.G.) courses and adheres to the academic calendar set annually by the university.
